Can High Performance Work System Promote Organizational Innovation at Cello World?
Mr Sandip Patel Production Manager at Cello World has guided Neha Singh and Nisha Bind, HRM Specialization IV Semester Students of LIM on the comprehensive project. The future budding managers have used SMART PLS software to analyze the path relationship. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling Tool has been used by the researchers to find out useful relationship.
It was found that there is a positive significant relationship between high performance work system, employee engagement, employee creativity and organizational innovation. Therefore, the HR Policy of the company should be prepared keeping in the mind various activities of employee engagement such as Learning Lunches, Employee Games, Tournaments, and Competitions, Special Days, Trainings, Recognition Programs, Sports Events, Team-building Activities etc.
