“Impact of Social Media Marketing On Customer Acquisition and Brand Building”
Industry Interaction: Archish Kamli and Saif Noorani from marketing Specialization of Laxmi Institute of Management have worked on the aforementioned project title. They have done praiseworthy work by practically analyzing project topic using Chi-square Test.
Based on the study conducted it was discovered that, most of the people got acquired from Social Media Marketing. Each and every person has their own view regarding their experience with social media marketing.
But it does not mean that Social Media Marketing is perfect for every business, on many areas gap is found and Social Media Marketing needs to improve on those aspects. Overall study of the project shows that there is good impact of social media marketing on customer acquisition and brand building.
