Project Title: “A Study on Customer Satisfaction towards Maruti Suzuki”
Industry Interaction: Pawan Yadav and Soofian Shaikh from marketing Specialization of Laxmi Institute of Management have worked on the aforementioned project title. They have done praiseworthy work by practically analyzing project topic using Chi-square Test.
Project Learning Outcome:
Based on study conducted on customer satisfaction it has been concluded that overall the respondents are highly satisfied with Maruti Suzuki. Also, in order to improve the satisfaction level, they have to come up with different models and creative techniques. Hence, it has been further concluded that to satisfy customers dealers play a vital role in providing accurate services by reaching their expectation and by maintaining good relations with the customer which satisfies their needs & wants.
